Refund Policy
Last updated: July 15, 2026. WaveWrench Pro is operated by Marcus Mason. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles customer service inquiries and returns.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the transaction, provided that:
- For the DIY scan pack ($5.99): you have used no more than 1 of the 3 included scan credits.
- For the Pro subscription ($19.99/month): this is your first billing cycle on Pro.
2. Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account, or from the Paddle customer portal at paddle.net using the email on your receipt. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep Pro access through the end of the current paid period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months after the initial 14-day window.
3. What is not refundable
- Scan credits that have already been fully consumed.
- Renewal charges after the first billing cycle on Pro.
- Purchases made more than 14 days before the refund request, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law.
- Accounts terminated for violation of the Terms of Service.
4. How to request a refund
Refunds are handled by Paddle. Visit paddle.net and enter the email on your receipt to open your customer portal, where you can request a refund and manage your subscription. You may also contact us first — we will pass your request to Paddle. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
5. EU / UK statutory withdrawal
Consumers in the EU/EEA and UK have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. By starting to use the service (running a scan, or receiving Pro access) before the 14 days elapse, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. The 14-day money-back guarantee in Section 1 is more generous than the statutory minimum.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us first — we will almost always resolve a legitimate refund request faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension under the Terms of Service.
