Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, signing in, or purchasing a subscription or scan pack, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

WaveWrench Pro provides AI-assisted interpretation of automotive oscilloscope waveforms and engine sounds. Diagnoses are informational, generated by a machine-learning model, and may be incomplete or incorrect. Always verify with manufacturer service information before performing repairs.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not upload content that is not yours to share.
• Do not attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Do not resell or redistribute AI output as your own product.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., our payment processor. By purchasing you also agree to the Stripe Services Agreement as applicable.

• Pro Plan — $19.99 USD / month. Billed monthly in advance; renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from your account or via the Stripe customer portal — access continues through the end of the paid period.
• DIY Pack — $5.99 USD one-time. Grants 3 scan credits that never expire while your account is active.
• Prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes, which Stripe may add at checkout based on your billing location.
• You authorize us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for each billing cycle until you cancel.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The WaveWrench Pro name, logo, UI, source code, documentation, guides, and all related materials are owned by Marcus Mason and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for its intended purpose during your active subscription or credit balance. You retain ownership of the waveform images, audio, and vehicle context you upload; you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to deliver the service to you.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, initiate a chargeback without first requesting a refund, or if required by law. On termination your right to use the service ends immediately; sections that by nature should survive (payment obligations, IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription and requesting account deletion.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated diagnoses are not a substitute for a qualified technician's judgment.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marcus Mason is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any vehicle damage, personal injury, or economic loss arising from your use of the service or reliance on its output. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be surfaced in-app or by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
